Arbitration and Litigation

     The litigation team of QIL Abogados has extensive internal and external experience in the judicial system and at arbitration centers, having handled complex litigation cases in the areas of civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, intellectual property, tax and constitutional law. In addition, some firm members are registered as arbitrators in several arbitration centers of Guatemala.
