Insurance Law

All members of QIL Abogados have actively participated in advising insurance business, both from the administrative side and as members of the Boards of Directors of Insurance and Surety Companies. 

Our attorneys have also participated in local associations of Insurance Companies and international associations of Insurance Law.  The members have been internationally trained in Reinsurance matters, and have advised and directed reinsurance claims and insurance litigation in the areas of Property Damage, Civil Responsibility and Surety Bonds. 

Members also participate as consultants and speakers in these areas.
